One task, from thought to finished
Catch it. Choose it. Do it.
Follow a workshop outline through Completely: from the first thought, to a deliberate plan, to the moment you can check it off.
01When the thought arrives
Get it into your Inbox.
You promised to prepare a workshop. Capture the task while it is fresh. Review any interpreted dates before saving, and keep the destination private until you deliberately choose a project.
A title is enough to start. Notes and smaller steps can follow.

Add a task
“Tomorrow” was recognized as a planned date. Review it before saving.
02When you plan the day
Make a deliberate choice.
The outline is due Friday. Review it beside the other work that needs attention, then choose whether to put it in Today. Arrange your chosen tasks in the order that makes sense to you.
Due dates help you decide. They don’t make the decision for you.

Today
Relevant to your week. Yours to choose for today.
03When you make the time
Give it a place in the week.
Set aside Wednesday morning for writing. See the work block alongside your calendar commitments and move it if your day changes. Keep Friday as the deadline.
When you work and when it is due are two different decisions.

Your week
The deadline stays Friday. Estimated effort stays 45 minutes.
04When you get to work
Focus, finish, and learn.
Start a focus session on the outline. Pause for interruptions and record only the time you worked. Compare the result with your estimate, then use that experience for the next outline.
At the end of the day, deliberately keep, reschedule or remove any unfinished commitments.
