A few things worth knowing
Clear answers. Less guesswork.
The details behind your tasks, your planning, and the choices that stay yours.
A fast, list-first task tracker for capturing work, choosing your day, and following through. Projects keep context; calendar, board, matrix, and Gantt views offer other ways to see the same tasks.
Today is your private choice of work, with an order you control. Due dates and planned times provide context rather than silently committing tasks. Decide explicitly what happens to unfinished work.
A deadline is when something must be finished. Planned time and duration describe when you intend to work. An estimate is expected effort, while actual time records the work you did. Changing one does not silently change the others.
Your Inbox, Today order, reminders, saved views, private labels, and detailed focus history belong to you. Workspace membership alone does not reveal private projects. Shared tasks do not expose personal planning.
No. Open and Completed are the permanent defaults, shown as an unchecked or checked task. Enable additional project statuses only if they help. Sections organize work independently of status.
Deletion sends a task to Trash for 30 days. During that period you can restore it with its history. After the retention period its recoverable content is permanently purged. Completion, optional cancellation, and project archival are different actions.
You are. Review and accept AI planning or breakdown suggestions before they change your work. Delegated agents receive explicit access that you can revoke, with visible attribution for changes and failures.
Choose fixed-calendar or after-completion recurrence, decide how missed work is handled, and edit a single occurrence or future occurrences deliberately. Earlier history keeps its original meaning.
The product includes file imports, CSV and complete JSON exports, and connected-service workflows. Task meaning should survive the move; unsupported details need an explicit explanation instead of silent loss.
